P.F. Farms is a start up Micro Eco-Farm CSA. A Micro Farm is a small acreage farm that gets the most out of the land it has with farming techniques different from that of the traditional single row garden. A Micro Eco-Farm is a Micro Farm that produce its crops in harmony with Nature and the Earth. A CSA, Community Support Agriculture, is when people in the community help support the farm in exchange for a share of the weekly harvest.
P.F.Farm will utilize and demonstrate some of the different techniques of Micro Eco-Farming and how they can work together. P.F.Farm will feature wide row planting to maximize the number of crops planted in the space that is available. We are also going to use permaculture techniques to keep the soil full of nutrients.
